What’s changed
Every time we change a policy we publish a short summary here, newest first, and say what it means for you. The full documents are linked from each entry and from the footer of this page.
Our policies are published.
This is the first set of Rooam policies in force. Nothing about your account, your projects or your photos changes — these documents write down how Rooam already works, so you can read it rather than take our word for it.
- The Terms of Service set out the agreement for using Rooam.
The everyday rules: what we deliver, what we ask of you, and how either side can stop. Creating an account is how you accept them, and the line under the create-account button says so. - The Privacy Policy sets out what we collect and what we do with it.
Your photos and account details, who can see them, how long we keep them, and how to get them deleted. You can delete your account and its data from the app at any time. - The Billing Terms set out how and when you are charged.
Package prices, add-ons, and when a card is charged. You already tick these separately when you save a card — this is the same document, published so you can re-read it without going through checkout. - The Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out re-runs, refunds and cancelling.
If a shoot comes back wrong, this is what you are entitled to and how to ask for it. - The Acceptable Use Policy covers honest marketing and AI disclosure.
Rooam enhances real photos of real properties. This is the line between improving a photo and misrepresenting a property — it matters for your own compliance obligations as much as ours.
